We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns by mail and in-person within 90 days of purchase for free. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags, you will be fully refunded for such items.

Used Items are not refunded, hence, should not be returned unless you choose to.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of Products is mostly free within the united states and is shipped the next business day after purchase. Item(s) will be delivered 2-5 business days after the date of purchase. Items without free delivery will provide you the delivery fee at the checkout. The delivery fee depends on the delivery option you choose. Tracking numbers will be provided for all purchased items.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Delivery of requested services is mostly free unless your requested location is over 25minutes away from the business location.

Deposits for requested services are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All booking services are now completed at the business residence of MRZ Stamens. On call services are still available, however, comes with an additional Charge of $20 regardless of the distance. There is a $35 charge if your location is over 30mins drive away.
