Booking details
Yes. A non-refundable retainer secures your date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Dates are not held until the retainer clears.
Absolutely. On-location (mobile) service is available throughout the Austin area and nationwide for weddings and events. A flat $125 travel fee applies to mobile appointments within Austin (under an hour); locations further out require an additional fee quoted at booking.
Bridal parties should book 6–12 months out. Glam services are typically available with 2–3 weeks notice, though weekends and holiday season fill fast.

Yes — all full packages include a free strip lash install.
Rescheduling is accommodated once, with at least 72 hours notice, subject to calendar availability. Retainers transfer to the new date but are not refundable.
